Who is responsible for the processing of your personal data?
PKO STUDIOS is the PERSON RESPONSIBLE for the processing of the USER’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD).
What do we process your personal data for and why do we do it?
According to the form where we have obtained your personal data, we will treat it confidentially to achieve the following purposes:

- Formalizing reservations at the establishment of the responsible party.

For how long will we keep your personal data?
They will be kept for no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or there are legal prescriptions dictating their custody and when it is no longer necessary for this purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymization of the data or the total destruction of the data.
The time of conservation of the personal data of Users is subject to the criterion of the statute of limitations for actions arising from the underlying legal business, from which the data of the Users that are the subject of the processing have been obtained.
To whom do we provide your personal data?
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except, if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the RESPONSIBLE has signed the confidentiality and processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.
The personal data of minors
Respecting the provisions of Articles 8 of the RGPD and 13 of the RDLOPD, only those over 14 years of age may give their consent to the processing of their personal data in a lawful manner by the City Council.
If it is a minor under 14 years, the consent of parents or guardians will be required for the treatment, and this will only be granted lawfully to the extent that those cases in which by these has been authorized. To this end, they may send communication to the address of administracion@pko.es
